This place deserves a MUCH higher rating on here. If you had something here that didn't meet your expectations as far as flavor or something else it's not because of the lack of quality ingredients or preparation in general (everyone misses the mark occasionally). I understand flavor profiles and other aspects of the recipes and procedures may not always align with your palate, but fair is fair...perhaps some of you lack a certain something, a little sophistication in recognizing how difficult and how much insight (among many other aspects to balance) is required to pull off an operation like this, eh?! ...maybe some of you people should just keep your self serving, narrow and ignorant *%!@#$&! opinions to yourself. Smh... I don't always get someone waiting on me that is as friendly as I would like but considering the state of the world right now I'm being more understanding in that regard...it's stressful always having a line of customers (as great as that is), especially combined with how people are freaking acting out these days. Put yourself in someone else's shoes for a change. Petty pathetic picky ass @$$%&!#$'s... this place should be 4.5 stars plus easy! I hope there's a goddamn line out the door tomorrow when I go.

Quinoa Bowl with chicken. Oh my- so delicious. I hesitate to do a review of this place- Coffee Plant Roasters, because... I don't want it to get super crazy busy!! But I can't Not give them an amazing review because their food is consistently outstanding. Today I'm having the Quinoa bowl- it has tri color quinoa, roasted chickpeas to a slightly crunchy texture tossed in harissa (it tastes like), Kale and warm sweet potatoes topped with 1/2 an avocado. Simple. Seriously amazing food. The iced latte with oatmilk is also yummy- well proportioned, not bitter. They put love into their products- the servers and baristas are lovely humans. The space is big and open, some quiet pop plays in the background. It's not that busy right now, but it can get a little loud. Cheers CPR! Keep doin' what you're doing.

hopping at noon on daylight savings sunday! there was a line to order but this strikes me as the kind of place that might usually have a line because it's got great food and beverage offerings in a fun, light, clean environment. the chai i ordered was good but considering it came right from the barista's hands to mine and didn't sit for a second, it could have been hotter. maybe ordering it extra hot would be the trick because it lost heat so rapidly i might as well have ordered it over ice. (lesson learned.) the jam bar was great! so large i ate half and then opted to wrap the rest and take it to go for when the sweet tooth strikes later. nice guy working the register and taking orders. tables cleaned between being occupied, which i appreciated! definitely a place to get yourself caffeine or a smoothie and a snack either on a weekend or even during the workweek. the added bonus is that it's outside the downtown business core so you don't have to deal with all the ongoing construction eugene is going through to find parking.
